Coaching is hard. Having personal, interpersonal or team conflict while coaching is even harder.

And when things aren’t going “well” (whatever that means to you)…

It’s easy to slip up, to lose perspective, to make a finite decision when the better choice is the infinite one.

At times, being a coach is like being the C-level executives at Blackberry when the iPhone was introduced to the market by Apple.

Don’t pull a Blackberry.
