In Lesson 1, we spoke about attention-maintained behavior.

The behavior is repeated because the player wants attention.

Receiving attention gives the player reinforcement.

Attention-seeking behavior continues.

In 2023 and beyond(until they ban TikTok or some shit) you’re going to see a lot of kids exhibit attention-seeking behavior.

However, there will be other common player archetypes you will see in your team. In Lesson 2, we will discuss tangibly-maintained behavior. The 2nd most common archetype you will see (in my opinion, depending on the level)

Tangible Maintained Behavior

In the attention-maintained player archetype, the player engages in behavior for attention.
